A little bit about me.

Been working with Service Desk / AHD since 2000 Steady working with it from 2004.

-- worked on many migrations from many versions to the next

-- been involved imany implementations and many, many support roles

-- Spell Code, enough to do some little things, and understand how it works.

-- can make Service Desk do about anything with in reason and I can say NO.

-- Have worked on the XOsoft/ArcServe interface with SDM

-- current in process of reviewing NIMSOFT and other cloud applicatoins

Company I work for is called Cortechs (www.cortechs.com). Enjoy my position of being a road warrior and getting to see different cities and clients.

Motto: It broke me fix, don’t ask me how I fix. With 30+ years in IT, there is a reason for a motto like that.
