As a result of applying the cumulative patch, on the main menu, under View tab the following menu options became available even when not viewing a ticket.
- Event History
- Event Delay History
- In-The-Know Notify List (this caused a java error)
PROBLEM SYMPTOM: NT -NOTIFICATION HISTORY EMPTY AFTER CUM PATCHES.

r11.2, you may see an empty list within
View->Notification History instead of a search
window. In addition, three unintentional items
were added to this View menu: 'Event History',
'Event Delay History', and 'In The Know Notify
List'. Also the view->Profile Browser option is
removed.
