Integration With Microsoft Share Point

I will explain below the integration between CA Service Desk and MS Share Point By Adding Web parts to share point which Reference CA Service Desk , which may help you to extends CA Service Desk Features and functionality using web services Technology>

1 - create web part which should create Request in CA Service Desk which allow logged user to share Point Portal to create request in service desk.

2- create web part which should contains a request list which contains all active request ID , Description , and Status which a hyper link to which reference selected request detail page for logged users to share point portal
