Add Solution Data to Activity Notification

This is a customization to add the last solution added via Log Solution activity to the ticket notification.


For Activity Notification Macros:

@{call_req_id.soln_log.0.description} -- Request, Incident and Problem

@{issue_id..soln_log.0.description} -- Issues

@{chg_id.soln_log.0.description} -- Change Orders


For Multiple Notification Macros:

@{soln_log.0.description}
