Site-Defined Condition Macros are one type of macro that is used by an event when it triggers to determine whether to trigger the macros associated with TRUE or FALSE. The other type of macro to perform this function is the Condition Macro. And while Condition Macros are provided by CA in a fresh install of Service Desk, Site-Defined Condition Macros are created by the client. In the r11.x releases, Site-Defined Condition Macros can be edited and created in the web client (java client for older releases).
