June 9th is the day of the quarterly webcasts for the Service Management Global User Community. As usual there will be two webcasts, one at 10a EDT, and a second at 4p EDT. CA Education will be hosting a LiveMeeting webcast on March 12th exclusively for SDU members to present the CA Productivity Accelerator (CAPA) for Service Desk. CA and the PLC will soon be posting approved Enhancement Requests for voting. This voting helps to identify the enhancements to be included in the r13 release. If you have an idea for an enhancement, submit it to CA today and if approved it could be added to the candidate list. If you would like to be involved in the voting, all you have to do is join the Service Management PLC.
