The GA release of CA Service Desk r12 and its supporting documentation is now available for downloading. The product is not officially released until hardcopies can be distributed, so those still running version 6.0 SP1 through r11.1 probably have a couple weeks left of support. CA has extended the support for 6.0 beyond the original end-of-service date of March 31st, 2008. No new date has been identified but support is to continue until the release of r12.
