Available now is a preliminary version of a browser plugin, exclusively from SDU, that will allow you to access a Service Desk ticket directly from your browser. - End-of-Service for 6.0 extended
CA has extended the support for 6.0 beyond the original end-of-service date of March 31st, 2008. No new date has been identified but support is to continue until the release of r12.
