SDU is a fresh new approach to the User Community for CA/Unicenter Service Desk. Returning to the principles that built HDU, this site's sole purpose is to provide the most respected, beneficial, and utilized community website. SDU encourages all members of the user community to use the tools of this site to interact and share knowledge with one another.

1000 forum posts milestone In less than 6 weeks time we've surpassed the mark of 1000 forum posts. If the phenomenal growth of SDU is a testament of more to come, I look forward to surpassing other significant milestones. 400 members in the first month In a month's time SDU membership has grown to 400 members. The forum has been active with over 500 posts and several members have been contributing their knowledge to the wiki.
