View session logs for a single user
The following steps guides you through steps to view session logs a user on USD.
- Log on to USD with Analyst access
- Go to: ServiceDesk Tab
- Go to: View -> Profile Browser
- Search for the contact\user you want to see activity for...
- Once found, click the Recent Activity button
The result is a list of all login and logout times that user has ever done on USD.
