Available now is a preliminary version of a browser plugin, exclusively from SDU, that will allow you to access a Service Desk ticket directly from your browser. This functionality mimics the Go Button, but places this capability directly in your browser. This preliminary release was designed in Firefox 2.x/3.x but should work in IE7. Download the plug-in today and give us your feedback. This plug-in only works for Requests, Incidents, and Problems, but future plug-ins will include Contacts, CIs, Issues, and COs. Click to download

CA has extended the support for 6.0 beyond the original end-of-service date of March 31st, 2008. No new date has been identified but support is to continue until the release of r12.
