When submitting a document from a Service Desk ticket which has a period in the category name the document does not get assigned to the Knowledge Tools category having the same name as the Service Desk category.Click here for complete description

• End-of-Service for 6.0 extended
  

CA has extended the support for 6.0 beyond the original end-of-service date of March 31st, 2008. No new date has been identified but support is to continue until the release of r12.
