CA and the PLC will soon be posting approved Enhancement Requests for voting. This voting helps to identify the enhancements to be included in the r13 release. If you have an idea for an enhancement, submit it to CA today and if approved it could be added to the candidate list. If you would like to be involved in the voting, all you have to do is join the Service Management PLC.

r12 is coming soon, which means End of Life for several releases.
CA's GA Minus One policy means that once r12 has been released, only r12 and r11.2 will be supported. Users of r11.0 and r11.1, as well as 6.0 SP1 and any other previous versions of Service Desk will no longer be supported by CA. For more details, see CA's End-of-Support Announcement.
