It has taken less than 9 months to surpass the 900 member mark. This leaves us with less than 100 to go to reach our goal of 1000 by CA World. Help us to achieve this goal by spreading the word about SDU to your colleagues, co-workers, clients, and partners.

Slight changes to the SDU Forum
With the introduction of CA's new Service Desk Manager Suite and the anticipated arrival of r12, we have made a few changes to the SDU forums. A few moves, a few renames, and a few additions. Among the additions are forums dedicated to CMDB, Live Automation, and BOXI.

r12 expected to go GA yet this year
CA's GA Minus One policy means that once r12 has been released, only r12 and r11.2 will be supported. Users of r11.0 and r11.1, as well as 6.0 SP1 and any other previous versions of Service Desk will no longer be supported by CA. For more details, see CA's End-of-Support Announcement.

End-of-Service for 6.0 extended
CA has extended the support for 6.0 beyond the original end-of-service date of March 31st, 2008. No new date has been identified but support is to continue until the release of r12.
