View session logs for a single user

The following steps guides you through steps to view session logs a user on USD.

  1. Log on to USD with Analyst access
  2. Go to: ServiceDesk Tab
  3. Go to: View -> Profile Browser
  4. Search for the contact\user you want to see activity for...
  5. Once found, click the Recent Activity button

The result is a list of all login and logout times that user has ever done on USD.
