SDU is a fresh new approach to the User Community for CA/Unicenter Service Desk. Returning to the principles that built HDU, this site's sole purpose is to provide the most respected, beneficial, and utilized community website. SDU encourages all members of the user community to use the tools of this site to interact and share knowledge with one another.

SDU was released to the general public the evening of Monday February 8th. There have been over 50 new members during this short time. Thank you to everyone who has helped spread the word about SDU.

  • Add SDU Search Engines to your browser

SDU Search Engines are available for IE7, Firefox, and other browsers supporting the OpenSearch standard. CLICK HERE to add quicker search access to SDU wiki and forum content right from your browser. These Search Engines will appear as new options in the search box typically found in the upper-right corner of your browser.
