The Unicenter Service Desk product has been my primary focus since my employment in 2005. I have worked exclusively with 6.0_SP1, and r11.2. I have also done some work with other CA applications such Unicenter ServicePlus Dashboard (r6 and r11), CleverPath Reporter (r4.1) and CleverPath Portal (r4.1).&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
