=== About Me ===

The Unicenter Service Desk product has been the primary focus of my employment since 2002. I have worked exclusively with 5.5, 6.0, and r11.2 and beta tested 6.0 and r11 as well. I have also spent significant amounts of time on other CA applications such as Asset Management, Software Delivery, Remote Control, Service Desk Dashboard, Unicenter NSM, Service Level Management, SupportBridge, and a few others. I have supported these applications as both a client and as a consultant.
