How do I forward an email so it will be an attachment to an existing call

New page

I would like to be able to forward an email message and have it appear as an attachment to an existing request.

Here is what I have learned so far:

1. The format must be text only.

2. The Subject line must read: Request

3. You must include the existing request number in the following manner:
'''%Request_ID=''759300'' ''' <-- Where 759300 is the number of the call

If I want to change the Priority, I would add '''%Priority=4''' (to change to a P4)

If I want to change the descripiton, I would add '''%Description=''Whatever description I want to enter'''''

If I want to add a logged comment, I would add '''%Log=''Whatever I would like it to say'''''

Because of the character limit of logged comments, I want the verbiage to appear as an attachment. Thank you for any input.
