== Where to begin ==&lt;br /&gt;
1. Ensure your Service Desk Contact Record has been granted FULL admin access then navigate through the menus. Familiarize yourself with the content of the Administration tab. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Obtain the vendor docs and browse through the table of contents familiarizing yourself with the content of each guide.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Register for Support Online. This will give you the ability to open issues with CA, access their knowledge base, download patches, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Visit SDU daily. Read the forum posts and browse through the Service Desk Library.&lt;br /&gt;
