* go to the page where you wish to add the new link (for example click on Mediawiki).
* click edit and add the name of the new page between doubled square brackets, for example say I wanted to make a new page on a Paypal extension I made I would add the following content to the page: <nowiki>[[Paypal_Extension|PayPal Extension]]</nowiki>
* when you save the page you will see that the link is red colored.
* click on the link, you will be transfered to an empty page where you can start to write the article (in our example the article name would be PayPal Extension)
